Welcome, Trebles, to our Chapel Choir Group.

Learner with a breadboard filled with an electronic circuit
At Getafix Robotics Club you will not learn all the boring theory, but get a hands-on action practical course with all the basic coding, basic electronics and so on to be able to build your own robot.  We believe in giving the learner in one year's classes the full scope of practical information to conquer the world :-) We are not one of those companies who try to stretch the classes as long as possible over levels and years to try to make the maximum money out of you.  But that is surely not our aim.  What we aim to do is to give you as much practical knowledge in one course, and at the end of the day also teach you how to get help and resources from the Internet to be able to start prototyping already by the end of the year whatever your imagination allows.

In this exciting course, we learn about the Raspberry Pi computer/processor; how to set it up as a computer and how to use and manipulate it to do what we want it to do. We learn the basics of IPO (Input - Processing - Output). For example, we get different electronic components like buttons, humidity- motion- temperature- or movement sensors and more as an input to our processing device (Raspberry Pi).  Then we do some basic programming to process these inputs to control the output electronic components like spinning a motor, or which on a light or what the case may be.

To sum it up... at the end of this course, you will be able to build your own basic robotic gadgets and will know how to research more advanced topics. And who knows? maybe patent your own idea and make millions when placed in production.

    Kind Regards
